Stress Relief Awareness Day is to help people understand that there is no shame in admitting to struggling with the management of difficult feelings.  As we grow up we build up a huge long list of  ‘stuff’ that we haven’t been able to understand, manage or put to bed. On top of all this we then  have a long list of different roles and responsibilities we are expected to undertake perfectly. Eventually all this baggage that we have kept under wraps for so long and the pressure of the roles  and responsibilities can become too much and all this ‘stuff’ explodes.

Stress is not prejudiced, it can attack anyone at any time, it happens to people who would never imagine becoming victim to it; this is why Stress Relief Awareness Day is for everyone over 18 years old from all walks of life:
